The little secret Iyanya shared is that his relationship with Don Jazzy’s Mavin Records was not a legally binding contract with any form of paper work.The “Kukere” master revealed in a series of tweets that he never signed any papers to become a Mavin Records artiste. He joining the Don Jazzy-led music imprint was a makeshift idea. He acknowledged Jazzy gave him a free pass to join the team for the time. The whole idea was birth by The Temple Management Company boss Idris.
